About me<\/h1>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My wish to become an interpreter one day dates back to when I was a child. To be more precise, it dates back to the year 1997, when the very first Nightrace took place in Schladming, Styria (Austria). The legendary Italian ski racer Alberto Tomba ended up winning this race. But I was not only fascinated by his achievement, but watched in awe what his South Tyrolian companio Roberto Brunner was doing: He was interpreting from Italian into German. I considered this to be an exciting profession and soon it was clear to me: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This very first sighting of an interpreter at work and all those I\u2018ve seen since led me to my profession providing expert language services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2009-2013:<\/strong> Bachelor's degree in Translation Studies at the University of Innsbruck
2013-2017: <\/strong>Master's degree in Translation Studies with a focus on conference interpreting at the University of Innsbruck
2015: <\/strong>Study abroad program at Bangor University in Bangor, Gwynedd, United Kingdom<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alongside my membership in the Group of Service Providers - Language Service Providers<\/a> of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber I am also a full member of UNIVERSITAS Austria<\/a> - the Austrian Association of Translators and Interpreters.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
